GALVOC Launches an AI Ecosystem Designed to Give Indian SMBs C-Suite-Level Intelligence Without Enterprise-Sized Teams

GALVOC Launches an AI Ecosystem Designed to Give Indian SMBs C-Suite-Level Intelligence Without Enterprise-Sized Teams

Over the years, advanced artificial intelligence solutions have largely remained accessible to corporations with large budgets, dedicated technology teams and expensive consultants. GALVOC  intends to change this by introducing an AI ecosystem created specifically for Indian businesses, particularly SMBs. The platform helps organisations access C-suite-level intelligence, automate routine workflows and operate more efficiently without having to build large specialised teams or add significant headcount, while keeping humans involved in important decisions and approvals.

Founded in 2021 by Amit Birwal in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, GALVOC is the result of years of experimentation, research and implementation, rather than an idea conceived overnight. Amit Birwal has more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience across hospitality, F&B, engineering services, advertising, equity research, trading algorithms and EdTech. Over the last six years, his core focus has been Agentic AI, analytics and intelligent automation, leading to the creation of an AI ecosystem designed to sense, reason, remember and support the execution of business operations.

GALVOC differs from AI solutions that focus on solving isolated problems. It is an interconnected business intelligence ecosystem consisting of a central Cortex intelligence layer and specialised AI C-suite copilots designed to support responsibilities typically handled by senior leadership functions. These include Sage for strategy, Marshal for operations, Maestro for marketing, and other specialised copilots supporting compliance, communication and organisational intelligence.

GALVOC is the only agentic AI ecosystem purpose-built for Indian SMBs that combines specialised C-suite copilots, human-in-the-loop governance and a knowledge base of more than 1,000 business frameworks and concepts within one connected intelligence layer.

The knowledge base spans strategy, operations, marketing, finance, product management, leadership, innovation, risk, governance, supply chain, organisational design and other business disciplines. These frameworks and concepts have been compiled from globally recognised management curricula, including those commonly taught across Harvard Business School, the Indian Institutes of Management and other leading business schools.

Rather than replacing employees or eliminating leadership roles, GALVOC is designed to strengthen existing teams by making C-suite-level intelligence accessible to SMBs and other organisations that may not be able to afford dedicated executives across every function. It helps leadership teams analyse information, identify risks, coordinate actions and make faster, better-informed decisions while ensuring that critical actions remain subject to human review and approval.

Instead of launching the platform publicly without practical validation, the team first implemented its capabilities within GALVOC’s own operations. A significant portion of the company’s routine workflows is supported by its Agentic AI ecosystem, with humans retained in the loop for strategic, financial, compliance-related and high-impact decisions.

According to the company, this internal implementation has reduced operating costs by up to 80 percent in selected workflows while improving the speed of decisions and enabling continuous, 24×7 business intelligence.

One of its recent implementations includes the deployment of an EdTech platform for UPSC preparation using GALVOC’s intelligent learning capabilities.

Designed specifically for Indian businesses and SMBs, GALVOC can integrate with existing business environments by connecting POS systems, CCTV intelligence, voice communications, messaging platforms, IoT devices, organisational knowledge and historical business context into a cohesive intelligence layer.

The platform supports more than 14 Indian languages, offers WhatsApp-centred workflows and is designed around applicable TRAI communication guidelines.

Its multimodal approach enables businesses to interact through familiar channels such as WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Telegram and push notifications. Its enterprise-ready architecture has the capability to support AI models with more than 100 billion parameters, allowing organisations to build complex, contextual and scalable AI workflows while clearly defining where autonomous execution ends and human approval begins.

GALVOC’s existing ecosystem includes a specialised portfolio of AI capabilities such as Sage, Marshal, Maestro, Sentinel, Orator, Envoy, Warden, Chronicler, Cortex, Biller and others. Each capability is designed to support a distinct business function while operating as part of one connected intelligence layer.

The company is currently onboarding early pilot partners in India, with a strong focus on SMBs and fast-growing companies with annual turnover ranging from ₹1 crore to ₹100 crore. SaaS companies, IT firms, EdTech businesses, restaurant chains, retailers, D2C brands, hospitality companies and real estate businesses are among the key segments being targeted during the early launch phase.

Speaking about the vision behind the platform, CEO Amit Birwal believes enterprise-grade intelligence should not remain limited to companies with large management teams or access to leading consulting firms.

GALVOC has been designed to help SMBs and businesses of different sizes gain continuous intelligence, institutional memory and coordinated execution without needing to add a separate senior leader or specialist team for every function.

At the same time, the platform is built around a human-in-the-loop philosophy. GALVOC is intended to support judgement, not replace it; strengthen teams, not remove them; and automate routine execution while preserving human authority over important business decisions.

As Indian businesses increasingly adopt AI to remain competitive, GALVOC aims to differentiate itself not as another standalone automation tool, but as an interconnected intelligence ecosystem that works alongside people, strengthens existing teams and connects strategy with execution.
